4. WARMING TEA

  • A vibrant green tea for absolute energy and immunity. Tulsi, also known as the "elixir of life" and revered as the "Queen of plants" in Ayurvedic medicine, serves as your hidden ally for fortifying strength and immunity, commonly referred to as holy basil. Accompanied by naturally invigorating moringa and zesty ginger, these elements provide a refreshing remedy for a sluggish day.

1. BREATHING EXERCISES

  • Aim is to increase oxygen levels and blow out carbon dioxide, taking control of a normally unconscious process. Most of the time, you want your breathing to continue whether or not you’re thinking about it. But with this technique, you’re meant to specifically focus on the process.  It helps with depression, anxiety, mood, mental focus, and pain management. 

2. COLD PLUNGE

  • Is designed to gradually expose the body to cold, and build up a great resistance within weeks. One of the keys is to gain the greatest health benefits from an ice bath and control breathing.

3. MIND-SET

  • Upon exiting the bath, it will be necessary to perform a physical exercise to promote blood circulation from the central heater to the extremities. Subsequently, a final relaxation is recommended to restore the rhythm of breathing, heart rate, and harmonize the body and mind.
